About this role

The project focuses on enhancing business processes through the use of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies. It enables intelligent data handling and supports automated decision-making. Built with modern, high-performance solutions, it ensures efficiency, security, and scalability. Responsibilities Design and implement advanced algorithms for generative AI models that enhance human-machine interaction within the specified industries.

Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to derive meaningful insights, trends, and patterns relevant to the joint venture's goals. Develop and train generative AI models, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability through rigorous evaluation processes. Collaborating with an elite team, learning and contributing to transitioning from conventional language models to cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques such as LoRA and QLoRA.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and generative models (including open source), proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the capabilities of our technology. Acquire a deep understanding of the shipping and industrialized industries to tailor generative AI solutions that address specific challenges and opportunities within these sectors. 5 + years of experience in similar positions; Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models .

Proficient in programming languages such as Python and vanilla JavaScript (basic knowledge). Strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Demonstrated expertise in handling large datasets and extracting actionable insights. A proven track record working with open-source models , Llama , and AI/NLP across various domains.  Mastery of NLP and related libraries .

An understanding of business operations and a knack for crafting actionable business insights. Proficiency in English language (B2+/C1 level). Location:  Hybrid in Warsaw ;  Long-term cooperation ( 2+ years ); Type of contract:  B2B ;  Start:  ASAP-1 month (05/2025) .
