SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: - Applying advanced statistical, algorithmic, or machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets and produce insights that inform program decisions; AND - Designing, developing, and validating data models, automated processes, or analytical tools that detect anomalies, identify trends, or enhance program integrity; AND - Communicating technical findings to nontechnical audiences through clear visualizations, reports, and briefings that support executives, program teams, or cross agency partners.
