We are looking for a highly technical Data Analyst who operates at the intersection of Data Analysis and Data Engineering. This role is not for someone who only wants to build and maintain dashboards. You approach workflows with an automation-first mindset, genuinely excited about using workflow automation tools and AI to eliminate toil and scale operations efficiently.
You are a proactive problem solver—you do not wait for inefficiencies to be assigned, but actively hunt for bottlenecks and build scalable solutions. Operational Execution & Automation: Design and deploy automation workflows using modern cloud infrastructure and AI tools to persistently reduce manual work and resolve system bottlenecks. Data Quality & Reliability: Ensure data meets strict standards for accuracy, compliance, and freshness by implementing and refining robust monitoring and alerting systems.
Project Ownership & Delivery: Own data projects from inception to delivery, mapping dependencies and managing priorities alongside Engineering, Product, and Partnerships. Data Distribution & Integrations: Coordinate the rollout of taxonomy updates and data packages, ensuring seamless data syndication across external platforms. Requirement Translation & Storytelling: Translate complex data and usage trends into clear, actionable visualizations and strategic insights for both technical and commercial audiences.
2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Engineering. Proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, ELT workflows, and cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.). Experience with data orchestration and automation tools (e.g., Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, or n8n) to schedule and monitor pipelines. Strong knowledge of working with and integrating APIs (experience with tools like dlt or Airbyte is a plus). Proven experience leveraging Agentic coding tools to efficiently plan, architect, and implement solutions.
