Data Operations Analyst

Through product coding, data validation, and categorization activities, you will help ensure our data remains reliable, consistent, and up to date. The position focuses on data operations, product coding, database maintenance, and data quality activities. Responsibilities Reference data management and high-level categorization to ensure database quality. Identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of data-, process-, or product-related queries. Plan and execute a complex daily workload while supporting departmental and company schedules. Analyze and identify gaps and areas for improvement in coding and data input validation environments (Consumer Information Platform).

Provide accurate and timely feedback to country teams, driving compliance with standard operating procedures and best practices. Collaborate with relevant Operations and Enablement teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. Operate effectively in a virtual and multicultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues.
