Data Operations Analyst is a role responsible for analysis and data processing in a timely and high-quality manner in the range of assigned product categories. Responsibilities: Daily operations · Coding new products and characteristics, ensuring timely and accurate output to meet the daily production schedule · Be aware of newly launched or relaunched products provided by the system, keep an eye on the reality of the shelf vs the product provided by the product coding platform · The secure quality area by supervising established checks, analyzing and discussing discovered issues · Keep and maintain up-to-date, accurate, and clear documentation of the working environment and KPI with specified deadlines Client service support · Manage client queries in a professional manner (clear on-time feedback) by liaising effectively with other departments to respond to requests.
