About the job: This is not a role where you spend your week pulling reports people may or may not look at. We want someone who can get inside the business, understand how Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments, and Finance operate, and turn messy data and manual processes into scalable systems. You will become one of the key owners of our revenue data and HubSpot environment, helping us understand what is happening across the customer lifecycle, improving how our teams operate, and building AI agents and automations that remove repetitive work.
You will have significant freedom to identify problems and build solutions. What Success Looks Like In your first year, you will help us: Establish reliable reporting and KPI infrastructure across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Payments Improve the accuracy, structure, and usability of HubSpot across the organization Create a clear view of the entire revenue funnel, from lead through acquisition, onboarding, retention, expansion, and payments adoption Reduce manual reporting and administrative work through automation Build AI agents and workflows that make our teams faster and more effective; with a focus on go to market and reporting Improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, customer segmentation, and revenue analysis Create trusted datasets and dashboards that leadership can use to make decisions quickly Identify revenue opportunities and operational issues before someone has to ask What You’ll Do Revenue Operations & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytical models across the customer lifecycle Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments, and Finance to define and track meaningful KPIs Analyze pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, payments adoption, and customer behavior Help improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline management Identify trends, bottlenecks, anomalies, and opportunities hidden within our data Develop customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support GTM decisions Translate business questions into clear analysis and actionable recommendations Create scalable reporting rather than relying on manual spreadsheets and one-off analysis HubSpot Ownership & RevOps Help own and continuously improve our HubSpot environment Build and maintain workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, pipelines, reporting, and automation Improve CRM data quality, governance, and consistency Design processes that make HubSpot easier for Sales and Customer Success teams to use correctly Connect HubSpot data with other business systems and datasets Automate lead routing, customer workflows, lifecycle management, alerts, and internal processes Help establish scalable RevOps processes as the company grows AI Agents & Automation Identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be automated Build AI agents that can analyze information, perform tasks, and support business processes Create workflows that combine AI models, internal data, APIs, and business applications Experiment rapidly with new AI capabilities and turn useful prototypes into repeatable internal tools Build agents for use cases such as research, account intelligence, reporting, data enrichment, customer insights, and internal operations Measure whether automation actually saves time, improves accuracy, or drives better business outcomes Help teams understand where AI is useful and where traditional automation or analytics is the better solution Data Quality & Infrastructure Combine data from HubSpot and other business systems into consistent reporting Help define our source-of-truth metrics and business definitions Identify and resolve data quality issues Work with Product and Engineering when deeper integrations or data infrastructure are required Document key metrics, processes, workflows, and data definitions so systems can scale with the company Requirements 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical role Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or broader GTM organizations Strong SQL and data analysis skills Experience building dashboards and reporting using BI or visualization tools Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities Comfortable working with imperfect datasets and figuring out how to make them useful Experience designing workflows and automating business processes Ability to translate analysis into clear business recommendations Strong curiosity and willingness to dig into how the business actually works Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where not everything has already been built AI & Automation Experience We are specifically looking for someone who is excited about using AI as a practical business tool.
