Conduct cohort analysis, segmentation, and trend analysis across our contributor network to identify opportunities for improving output quality, efficiency, and retention. Monitor and report on dataset quality benchmarks, identifying patterns in annotation accuracy, inter-annotator agreement, and domain-specific performance. Identify data quality issues, propose improvements to tracking and instrumentation, and ensure the integrity of the operational data we rely on.
