Let's start with the role We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing BI & Analytics team at Kaizen Gaming. As we continue our exciting scale-up journey, you will play a crucial role in supporting business growth across multiple departments. Operating within a hub-and-spoke model, you will act as a key bridge between the Data and Business teams, contributing to complex analyses, delivering actionable insights, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business expansion.

As a Data Analyst, you will : Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions. Develop an excellent understanding of the business processes and identify opportunities to generate actionable insights. Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data used in analysis and reporting. Proactively provide data analytics and insights to the function, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with minimal supervision Communicate insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with the rest of the Data tribe to ensure alignment in data visualization, analysis and optimize the flow of information across teams. Advocate for a data-driven culture, promoting the value of data across the organization. What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or a related field). At least 2 years experience in data analysis and reporting.
