CX Integrations Manager
About this role
“Come as you are” Everyone is welcome here. Diversity & Inclusion are at our core. Far above any technical competence, we value respect, openness, and trusted collaboration. We do not tolerate intolerance. Role Purpose The CX Integration Manager delivers a more segmented, higher-converting website experience across brands moving us from one-size-fits-all pages toward journeys tailored to audience, intent, and lifecycle stage.
The goal is high-performance: better cross-sell and stronger MRR, achieved by making owned web touchpoints work harder for the right customer at the right moment. The role leads the build and deployment engine behind campaign landing pages, web assets, and tracking across multiple CMS platforms and tech stacks (WordPress, HubSpot, custom CMSs) while also managing Sr CX Integration Specialists. The role sits within Operations and works at the intersection of Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering, bridging what marketing needs and what the tech stacks can deliver.
Over time it may contribute insights toward platform standardisation, but it does not unilaterally drive platform decisions. Key Focus Areas Segmented Experience & Commercial Impact Design and deliver a more segmented website experience, differentiating by audience, intent, product, and lifecycle stage with cross-sell and MRR uplift as the primary measure of success Identify the highest-value segmentation opportunities across brands and translate them into a prioritised, testable roadmap Partner with CRO, Paid Media, and Campaigns to build, run, and read experiments that validate which segmented experiences actually move conversion and revenue Use data, automation, and AI-enabled workflows to personalise and optimise journeys at scale rather than one page at a time Turn proven segmentation patterns into reusable frameworks and components other brands can adopt Build, Delivery & Quality Own the standard for build quality across the team: tracking (GTM, GA4, conversion pixels), QA, mobile responsiveness, load performance, and brand consistency before anything ships Step in hands-on for complex, high-priority, or experiment-critical builds; direct and unblock the specialist team on everything else Maintain build standards, QA checklists, templates, and reusable components that hold up across diverse tech stacks Keep delivery moving at pace across brands without letting quality or tracking slip Cross-Functional Bridge Act as the primary interface between Marketing and technical teams (UX, Product, Engineering) for web and experience work Translate marketing and segmentation requirements into implementable technical briefs, and translate technical constraints back so Campaigns and Performance can plan realistically Surface recurring build friction (tech debt, platform limits, inconsistent tooling) to the Operations Team Lead, with UX as a collaboration partner, to inform future standardisation discussions Team Direct and prioritise the work of two capable CX Integration Specialists, keeping them focused on the highest-impact builds Balance workload across the team by campaign priority, brand need, and experiment schedule Foster a quality-first, test-and-learn culture What We Look For Experience-design instinct, not just build throughput.
