WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Be a Customer Champion: Handle customer complaints swiftly and efficiently, providing tailored solutions within tight timeframes. Follow-up is crucial to ensure resolutions stick. - Solve problems: solve problems our customers face by collaborating with the rest of the ARQ team, and come up with product proposals to decrease the workload. - You will get things done: beyond the scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of our ARQ to do whatever it takes to win.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Fluency in English and Portuguese, verbal and written - At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support - Problem Solving skills, being capable of breaking down a problem into sub components to find the root cause and optimal solution - Eager to work hard and go the extra mile to make our customers happy - Empathy - being able to interpret user’s concerns and help them in getting the best experience possible out of ARQ - Resourcefulness, with attention to detail and due diligence - Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Discretionary performance cash bonus - Latest technology to work with - Strong team that will help you improve your skills
