We are therefore looking for a passionate and highly motivated Customer Success Manager to support our Golf Driving Range and Commercial Indoor customers across Sweden and Finland.

Are you our new Customer Success Manager for Trackman Golf? You will work closely with the Sales representatives, marketing team, and customers. Your main responsibilities will be to: Assist our commercial customers in planning and execution of successfully launch & operations Ensure that all on site staff are fully educated on the use of the software, and Administrative Tools. Build our community of operators through regular events and workshops What will you be doing? Your main purpose is to ensure that all existing Trackman owners are successful in how they use and leverage our product Activities should include but not be limited to: Conduct regular meetings and updates to share latest information and with owners and staff at each venue On-going email/phone communication to customers with software updates and other key information Train customers after the venue has been installed on all aspects of the Trackman product Support customers in hosting successful launch events as well as ongoing initiatives to increase footfall, revenue and overall engagement.

Help customers with Marketing Material and initiatives both at the time of launch and on an on-going basis Arrange regional events, where facility owners can meet and network to share best practices and develop the community of operators Collate success stories and feedback from venues to support future sales o Lead the referral program for operators to recommend future venues
