Customer Success Manager | Junior - Mid

About this role

Main Responsibilities - Own day-to-day customer requests across chat and email , account questions, licenses, credits, billing basics, and small product inquiries - Step in where our AI support couldn't resolve the question, and close the loop with a human touch - Triage trickier technical issues and hand them to our customer engineers, follow up so nothing falls through the cracks - Help new users get started: onboarding questions, workspace setup, pointing people to the right features - Keep customer records tidy in our CRM and document recurring questions - Feed what you hear back to the product team, and improve our help center and FAQs so the AI answers better next time - Spot happy customers ready to grow and unhappy ones at risk.

Core Requirements - 1–3 years in a customer-facing B2B role customer success, support, account management, or similar - Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian; clear, warm, and professional in every message - A genuine service mindset: patience, empathy, and pride in solving things properly, not just quickly - Comfortable with modern SaaS tools and curious about AI, you don't need to be an engineer, but you enjoy learning how the product works - Organized and self-driven: you can prioritize a busy queue, know when to escalate, and always follow through - Hands-on experience with AI tools - Nice to have: Experience with APIs, SaaS integrations, and explaining technical concepts simply.
