Responsible for answering chat inquiries from customers on product questions, orders, and returns. Ability to use knowledgebase system Escalate issues and submit tickets as needed All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. We provide Super Star service for all of our clients and take care of your customers like they are our own.
