Customer Order & Production Planner (f/m/div.)

About this role

Your contribution to something big: As a Customer Order & Production Planner, you will play a key role in connecting customer demand with production capabilities, helping ensure reliable deliveries and efficient production planning. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will contribute to smooth operations, effective capacity management and continuous improvement. Coordinate and negotiate production planning with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between customer demand and production capabilities.

Develop and implement production plans in line with annual sales forecasts and business requirements. Manage production leveling, monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate customer shipments and manage potential bottlenecks to support delivery targets. Contribute to industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting efficient and sustainable production processes.

What distinguishes you: Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field. Experience Experience in production planning or related manufacturing processes. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and quality tools. Know-how Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office tools. Strong analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills. Languages Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

German knowledge is considered a plus. Working Style and Methods Structured and analytical approach, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with different stakeholders. Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Personality Collaborative, solution-oriented and open-minded. Curious and creative, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements.
