Contract type: Internship, full-time (40 hours per week) for 3-month period Location: Berlin, Germany Start Date: September Please note this position is only for students who are required to complete a compulsory internship. Our programme comprises installations and performances, as well as educational programming, publications and research projects. To support our team, we are looking for a Curatorial Intern to join the team ideally starting in September for a 3-month fixed period. Curatorial research tasks include ongoing artist, exhibition research and travel itineraries. Support with the organisation and execution of events, including running guest list and logistics (this may include agreed work times in the evening or on weekends). Support of the team in the office and at event sites (e.g.

receiving and sending out deliveries). Translation of curatorial texts from EN to DE and vice versa. Support senior team members with their travel planning. Preparation and formatting of slide presentations. Maintenance of LAS visitor email account. Updating tracking documents. Researching exhibition materials, including accessibility initiatives. Are interested in art, technology and science, and emerging ways of making and presenting art.

Speak and write English and German at C1 level/fluently. Are organised and work detail-oriented. have experience in working with GSuite/Google. Insight into projects at the intersection of art, science and technology – and into the work of outstanding international artists.
