What You'll Be Doing As our CRM Developer, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its associated technologies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers to design, develop and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
You'll be responsible for: Acting as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit Designing, developing and implementing new CRM features and enhancements Supporting and improving existing Dynamics solutions Developing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus Producing functional and technical solution designs Conducting code reviews and ensuring technical best practice Supporting testing, releases and deployment activities Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer outcomes Keeping abreast of Microsoft's latest Dynamics and Power Platform developments What We're Looking For Essential Experience Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience Extensive experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Plugins and Workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus Strong configuration and customisation skills within Dynamics 365 Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI Experience working within Agile environments Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Microsoft Dynamics certifications Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service Data migration and large-scale deployment experience SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience What You'll Get in Return We believe in rewarding our colleagues and supporting their wellbeing both inside and outside work.
