About this role

As Global Process Owner – Lead-to-Order, you will drive the transformation and standardization of our global commercial processes across Sales, Marketing, Service, and other customer-facing functions. You will own the end-to-end Lead-to-Order process, leverage AI and automation, and ensure Salesforce serves as a strategic business platform supporting growth, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own and continuously improve the global Lead-to-Order process landscape.

Define and execute the process governance model and transformation roadmap. Standardize commercial processes and drive best practices globally. Lead AI, automation, and data-driven initiatives to increase efficiency and transparency. Drive adoption and optimization of Salesforce and related commercial platforms. Collaborate with business leaders, IT, Data, and external partners to deliver business value. Establish governance, KPIs, and performance management standards.

Support organizational change and user adoption across global teams. Education : Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience and Know-How: 5+ years of experience in CRM, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Process Management, or Digital Transformation. Strong understanding of Lead-to-Order processes and commercial operations. Experience with Salesforce and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of AI and automation opportunities in commercial environments. Personality and Working Practice: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
