You will own the development and execution of SharkNinja’s social commerce strategy across Southern Europe — spanning Spain and Italy — across Shark Home, Shark Beauty, and Ninja, turning creator influence and social engagement into measurable commercial results across both markets. Responsibilities What You'll Do Drive Social Commerce Growth You'll help turn creator influence into measurable commercial results by supporting and scaling SharkNinja's social commerce programmes.

Identify creators with strong commerce potential and support their activation as creator and performance partners. Execute social commerce campaigns that connect social engagement with conversion and sales. Help develop and refine playbooks, processes, and best practices that can be scaled across brands and across the Spain and Italy markets. Stay on top of social commerce trends, platform updates, and emerging opportunities.
