About this role

To support the Product Development team, the full-time remote Creative Project Manager will manage the artwork and photography workflow, ensuring creative briefs are complete and projects are tracked from inception to delivery. Key responsibilities Review and validate creative briefs to ensure completeness before project initiation Manage the priority queue for creative requests, balancing input from various teams Track the status of packaging artwork projects and address any workflow issues proactively Required qualifications Experience in project management within a creative environment Proficiency in using project management tools, particularly Asana Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams Familiarity with AI tools for drafting and summarizing project-related documents Proven track record of managing timelines and delivering quality results
