To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, either from a New England office or remotely. Key responsibilities Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process Required qualifications BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
