Anna Freud is seeking a Course Tutor (Pg Dip CYP Psychological Trainings) to join our world-leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families on a 12 month fixed term, part time contract. What you’ll do As Course Tutor, you will play a key role in delivering the Pg Dip in Child and Young People’s Psychological Trainings, combining your clinical expertise with teaching, assessment and trainee support to help practitioners develop their skills in evidence-based work with children, young people and families. You will contribute to the planning and delivery of a high-quality curriculum, including teaching sessions, workshops and tutor groups You will coordinate assessment, marking and feedback processes, helping to maintain consistent academic standards across the programme You will support trainees throughout their learning, responding to queries and helping those who need additional support to integrate their training into workplace practice You will gather and respond to trainee feedback, working with colleagues to continually improve module content, teaching and the overall trainee experience You will work collaboratively with the Programme Director, Deputy Programme Director, modality leads and wider Postgraduate Studies team to support the effective delivery and ongoing development of the programme What you’ll bring The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience working with children, young people and families, alongside experience of teaching or delivering clinical training, and will be committed to creating a high-quality, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
