Reporting to the VP, General Manager, the role sits on the Italy, Greece, Cyprus and Malta Leadership Team representing Greece territory. The Country Manager Sobi Greece is responsible and accountable for Greece, Malta and Cyprus territories. Key Responsibilities: Develop and guide Sobi with determination and authority in Greece subregion. Represent and put into practice a culture based on values such as responsibility, client oriented approach, passion, participative culture and entrepreneurial spirit.
Guide the cross-functional team within the entire territory and create efficient internal communication to promote teamwork. Manage the organization to implement the launches and growth envisaged to enable Sobi to reach its full potential in the region. Manage growth in terms of sales and scientific impact, but also in terms of teambuilding. Implement strategic and operational plans at affiliate level; successfully complete the presentation, access to/reimbursement of the products, as well as any future opportunities which may arise in the pipeline of Sobi.
Ensure the management of all financial aspects of the business, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, long-term planning and general management of the income statement. Create and nurture a strong and effective collaboration with the VP, General Manager Itay & Greece to guide the business strategy in the Greece region and achieve success. To be an active member in the leadership team and Region Europe in projects appointed.
Guide the strategy and the market access activities in the Country. Develop and lead the negotiations and relationships with stakeholders within government, regulatory authorities, health technology assessments, patient groups, key opinion leaders and other external relations. Ensure that the affiliate operates in accordance with the rules and regulations and established Codes of Conduct; ensure the implementation of the standard operating Procedures and Policies.
Accountable for: Establishing a local PV system and ensuring that it operates in compliance with local PV regulations, Global Sobi PV requirements and GxP procedures. Ensuring appropriate resources in the country/cluster to fulfil PV deliverables including ensuring a Local PV Responsible person is appointed in the country/cluster, with access to medical expertise and sufficient back up resources to fulfil overall local responsibilities.
