About this role

📋 Description Work with the CFO/COO on deal sourcing, qualification, initial rationale/pitch, financial modeling Assist and provide support during M&A integration periods Analyze industry trends to identify potential acquisition targets Develop industry landscapes and competitive analyses for board/executive level review Direct diligence efforts between internal and external parties Analyze diligence data and create board/executive level presentations 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of investment banking, 3+ years of corporate development and/or private equity experience Expertise in building financial and valuation models Experience working on M&A transactions of different sizes, from acqui-hires and asset-only Must-Have skills: Excel (can build and maintain complex spreadsheets) and Google Sheets, PowerPoint Sound judgment, sharp analytical skills, excellent written communication skills, strong verbal and 🎁 Benefits Salary Range = $180k - $300k (Actual salary available will vary based on location and market Vibrant team culture Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision Training (unlimited Udemy + more) Flexible working hours and time off Equity & Retirement Programs including 401K match
