Team As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our corporate narrative on a global scale with a strong focus on Germany. Coming from a fast-paced fintech, finance, or startup background, you know how to translate complex business and macroeconomic developments into compelling stories.
You are a proactive networker who thrives on building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to take ownership of corporate topics, drive innovation, and act as a reliable point of contact for the media. Your Responsibilities Corporate & Macro Topics: Take ownership of corporate and macroeconomic topics, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze internal and external data to craft interesting stories, unique angles, and compelling narratives that capture media attention. Editorial Planning: Create and maintain a full editorial calendar to ensure consistent planning, alignment, and execution. Format Innovation: Be accountable for projects focused on introducing and developing new external communication formats (e.g., industry reports, executive positioning, creative campaigns) to engage our target audiences.
Media Relations: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for the media. You are happy to meet with journalists on a regular basis to pitch stories and build long-lasting relationships. Stakeholder Management: Actively build, nurture, and manage relationships with key internal executives and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive messaging. Content Creation: Draft high-quality corporate materials, including press releases, briefing documents, statements, and opinion pieces.
