Corporate Applications Manager

Overview The Corporate Applications Manager serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring the organization's enterprise applications effectively support business operations. This role is responsible for the administration, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of the company's business applications, including platforms such as Salesforce, HRIS, ITSM, finance, collaboration, and other SaaS solutions.
Working closely with department leaders, vendors, and technical teams, this role translates business requirements into scalable application solutions, manages system configurations, coordinates implementations and upgrades, and ensures applications remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational goals. Compensation : The base salary for this position is between $130k-$145k Responsibilities Enterprise Application Management Serve as the primary administrator for assigned corporate applications.
Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms based on business needs. Manage application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, enhancements, and retirement. Coordinate software releases, testing, and deployment activities. Maintain application documentation, configuration standards, and administrative procedures. Business Partnership & Process Improvement Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify technology solutions.
Gather and document business requirements for new functionality and process improvements. Recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams or vendors. Ensure applications support standardized and scalable business processes. Vendor & Third-Party Management Serve as the primary point of contact for application vendors.
Coordinate vendor support cases and escalation activities. Participate in software evaluations, renewals, and implementation projects. Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual service expectations are met. Assist with application licensing and subscription management. Governance & Data Integrity Establish and maintain application governance standards. Ensure appropriate user access, security roles, and permissions.
