About this role

Your tasks Lead regional Trade Marketing activities across Europe in close cooperation with Sales, Global & Local Marketing and Product Portfolio teams. Define and execute regional promotion strategies, including pricing concepts, bundle offers, product mix optimization and PROMO share management. Own the end-to-end implementation of Point-of-Sale (PoS) activities, including retail concepts, shopper activation and the deployment of relevant communication and activation assets.

Manage regional CRM and Paid Media activities, including campaign planning, audience targeting, performance optimization and customer journey activation. Analyze sales, market and campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations and activation plans. Collaborate with local markets and global stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, transparent reporting and best-practice sharing across the region.

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Digital Business or a related field. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Trade Marketing, PoS, Paid Media, Commercial Marketing, Performance Marketing or a comparable field. Proven experience in PoS planning, promotions, retail activation, customer engagement and performance analytics. Good understanding of CRM, Paid Media and performance-driven marketing, with the ability to translate data and campaign results into concrete actions.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience in performance measurement and data-driven decision-making. Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.
