Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ad Operations, the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Coordinator will support the execution and optimization of digital experiences across our web and app platforms. This role will work closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, CRM and Promo teams to identify opportunities that improve customer journeys and drive measurable business impact.
As part of the CRO team, you'll help coordinate A/B testing initiatives, analyze customer behavior, monitor experiment performance, and ensure optimization efforts are executed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics or optimization career who enjoys combining data with customer experience to solve business problems. Success in this role means using data, experimentation, and customer insights to continuously improve digital experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the execution of A/B testing and experimentation initiatives across web and mobile experiences. Monitor experiment timelines, QA test launches, and communicate status updates across cross-functional stakeholders. Manage mobile and web measurement and attribution to support A/B tests, leveraging SKAdNetwork (SKAN), attribution frameworks, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust, GA4 or similar MMP platforms to ensure accurate performance tracking and measurement.
