CONTRACT SPECIALIST

About this role

In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing comprehensive contract technical guidance, performing both pre-award and post-award functions relating to developing solicitations, evaluating proposals, including performing complex price and cost analysis, negotiating, awarding contracts and modifications, monitoring contractor performance, and managing complex contracting functions for facility support services and construction contracts.
