CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Green Belt training or equivalent documented process improvement training/experience. Demonstrated experience performing process improvement initiatives. Understand aircraft and/or component maintenance flow, including how various trades and support shops impact the end product.

Good working knowledge and proficiency with standard computer systems and software. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate process improvements/solutions and present structured solutions to management and leadership. Demonstrate working knowledge of 5S methodologies and their practical application..
