Content Marketing Manager (German-speaking Market)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership content role at a fast-growing AI SaaS company serving small and medium-sized businesses across the German-speaking market. You will define brand voice, drive content strategy, and shape messaging across the full customer journey, sitting at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market.

- Write and manage website and landing page copy optimised for conversion. - Produce high-performing copy for paid marketing channels including YouTube and Paid Social. - Script ad creatives and develop organic content strategies across social platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, engaging content. - Use A/B testing, user research, and performance data to continuously improve messaging effectiveness.

- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging in close collaboration with the broader team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing. - Native German speaker with outstanding writing skills for marketing content. - Solid background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment. - Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.

- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using data insights to sharpen messaging. - Experience scripting creatives for YouTube and Paid Social channels. - Proven ability to build and execute organic content strategies across social platforms. - Comfortable working with creators, customers, and influencers to co-produce content. - Fluent English for cross-functional collaboration. - Experience marketing AI products or voice technology is a plus.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices for organic content is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 65,000 to 85,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION This is an on-site role based in Vienna, Austria.
