Content Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-ownership content role at a fast-growing AI voice and phone automation company serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will define how US-market customers discover, understand, and trust the product, shaping messaging across every stage of the customer journey alongside a lean, ambitious team. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the US market, from awareness to conversion.
- Write and maintain website and landing page copy optimized for US audiences. - Produce high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Script ad creatives for video platforms and paid social campaigns. - Build and execute organic content strategies across social media platforms. - Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic, resonant content. - Use A/B testing, analytics, and user research to continuously improve messaging performance.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging as the company scales. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 4 or more years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or growth marketing. - Proven track record in a B2B SaaS or fast-growing software environment. - Native or C2-level English proficiency with a strong command of US-market tone and cultural nuance. - Solid grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Hands-on experience writing copy for paid channels such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. - Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and paid social formats. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute organic social content strategies. - Analytical mindset with comfort using data, A/B tests, and performance insights to iterate. - Experience with user research or collaborating with influencers and customers to shape messaging.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, startup environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $70,000 to $150,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in New York, New York, United States.
