About this role

Join our Front Office team at Castello di Casole, A Belmond Hotel, Tuscany! We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Concierge for the upcoming 2027 season to help create unforgettable, experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting memorable experiences for our guests. You will report directly to the Head Concierge and collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless and personalized service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for guests, providing exceptional and personalized assistance throughout their stay. Offer expert recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, activities, and cultural events, ensuring every experience reflects the authentic Tuscan spirit. Arrange and confirm restaurant reservations, transportation, guided tours, and special requests with precision and care.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, ensuring access to exclusive experiences and services. Anticipate guest needs and preferences, delivering thoughtful touches that enhance their stay. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure a smooth flow of guest communication and satisfaction. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, discretion, and empathy. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is highly valued. Local knowledge of Tuscany and its cultural, gastronomic, and leisure offerings. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of guest expectations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems. Valid driver’s license preferred. Other Requirements: Demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a proactive service attitude.
