Compliance Engineer

📋 Description Develop and verify technical security controls that satisfy multiple compliance frameworks Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and product engineering teams to translate compliance Design and execute control testing procedures to assess control performance, surface gaps, and Establish repeatable control assessments and continuous monitoring processes to evaluate compliance Translate security requirements into structured, machine-readable JSON definitions to support Build and maintain API integrations and automated workflows to streamline evidence collection 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience in security compliance, security assurance, IT audit, or compliance Experience with security compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST Experience testing security controls for design and operating performance, including surfacing gaps Understanding of cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, vulnerability Experience working with engineering teams to implement compliance requirements as technical Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and automation, applied to compliance engineering challenges 🎁 Benefits Equity Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement benefits with company contributions Parental leave and reproductive or family planning support Mental health and wellness benefits Paid time off
