About this role
Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers. Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design. If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Creator Partnership program brings together designers, illustrators, artists, content creators and people who simply follow where creative AI is going. Partners get early access, test new models before anyone else and share what they make.
We're looking for someone to grow the program and the community around it: shape how they develop, run them day to day and keep them worth coming back to. You'll set the community's rhythm, get to know its members and turn our launches into moments they take part in, not just hear about. Discord is our home today, and you're free to bring in the formats and platforms that work best. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Grow the program.
Shape how the Creator Partnership program works: tiers, perks, what we ask of partners, and what they get back. Make it feel like a club, not a deal. - Run the community. Onboard new partners, moderate, answer questions, and build one-to-one relationships with the members who shape the community. - Keep it active. Run recurring formats such as challenges, critiques, show-and-tells, creator calls, webinars, livestreams, Q&As, and office hours with the team.
Keep what works and drop what doesn't. - Grow ambassadors. Help the members others learn from become ambassadors by giving them a stage, recognition, and a clear path into the program. - Make launches a community moment. Give partners early access, briefs, and assets, plan joint launches with creators, and bring a wave of new work and posts on release day. - Run alpha and early-access cohorts. Invite and onboard testers, set the rules, collect feedback in numbers and in words, and bring it to the product and ML teams.
