You’ll create an engaging, high-touch experience that helps each cohort build meaningful connections—from the moment learners join through alumni life. As cohort-based programming expands across MasterClass Executive, Certificates, and other products, you’ll help build the strategy and operational foundation for a centralized Community function. This is a hands-on role where you’ll both shape the strategy and serve as the daily voice of the community.
✨ What You Will Do: Own the community experience for MasterClass Executive and Certificates cohorts end to end, from onboarding and daily engagement through alumni programming. Set the community strategy and create the rituals, programming, and connections that turn each cohort into an engaged network. Serve as the daily voice of the community, facilitating conversations, answering questions, connecting learners, and creating a welcoming environment.
