About this role

In a nutshell In this role, you’ll be supporting the Commercial team responsible for shaping the product assortment that puts a smile on our customers’ faces 😊. As a Commercial Working Student, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute in one of several of our core teams. Tricks of the trade Cross-Functional Exposure: Collaborate closely with category managers, suppliers, buyers, and creatives to gain a well-rounded view of the Commercial team and how different functions work together.

Assortment Analysis: Support in analyzing assortment strategies to help ensure our product range is data-driven, relevant, and tailored to customer needs. Product Development Support: Assist in product tastings and sourcing efforts to contribute to the selection of top-quality items at the best prices. International Sourcing: Work with international partners and teams to help identify new sourcing opportunities and support cross-border collaboration.

Hands-On Experience: Get practical experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where ownership, curiosity, and learning by doing are key. Your superpowers Student in the last year of your Bachelor (HBO or WO) or Master (WO) Education in a relevant field; Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar Available for at least 6 months Available a minimum of 3 days p/w Curious, independent, detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Fluent in English and preferably in Dutch Picnic Perks 🚀 Every expert was once a beginner!
