📋 Description Review commercial construction plans, specifications, and drawings Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for brick, block, stone, and related masonry scopes Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and bids Develop clear scope sheets and estimate documentation Request and manage quotes from vendors and subcontractors Compare pricing and coordinate RFQs with trade partners 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of direct construction estimating experience, with strong preference for commercial masonry Proven experience estimating brick, block, and/or stone projects Commercial construction experience is required; residential masonry experience alone is not a fit Experience working with or for US-based construction or masonry contractors Strong understanding of commercial construction plans, specifications, and scopes Fluent English, both written and verbal
