About Finance at THG THG’s Finance department is a rapidly growing and evolving team, covering all areas of central functions such as Accounts Receivable and Payable, Treasury, Tax and Group Finance, to specific Commercial teams for each of THG’s divisions. With the company’s global presence increasing at an unprecedented rate, the Finance team continues to drive change while remaining agile; keeping pace with the business while never compromising on financial control or sales performance.

We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to become the financial modelling expert within our Nutrition & Beauty businesses. This is a highly analytical role for someone who enjoys building models from first principles, solving complex business problems and turning data into clear commercial insight.

You'll play a key role in planning, forecasting, investment appraisal and strategic decision making, helping the business understand risks, opportunities and future performance. Alongside strong technical capability, we're looking for somebody who is collaborative, curious and passionate about developing both themselves and those around them. As a Commercial FP&A Manager you will: Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead forecasting, budgeting and long range planning across Beauty & Nutrition. Partner with stakeholders to translate commercial and operational drivers into robust financial forecasts. Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, models and planning processes. Commercial Insight & Performance Analysis Deliver insight on business performance, identifying key risks, opportunities and value drivers.

Provide deep dive analysis to answer complex commercial questions and support decision making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. Financial Modelling & Strategic Analysis Act as the financial modelling subject matter expert across Beauty & Nutrition. Build sophisticated models, scenario analyses and investment appraisals to support strategic decisions. Establish modelling best practice and raise analytical capability across the wider Finance team.

Operational & Cost Forecasting Own workforce, warehouse and operational cost forecasting across Beauty & Nutrition. Translate volume, capacity and workforce assumptions into robust financial forecasts. Work closely with operational teams to improve forecast accuracy and understanding of key cost drivers. Business Partnering & Continuous Improvement Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, HR and Data teams.

Provide constructive challenge and support stakeholders in making informed decisions. Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and professional development. What skills and experience do I need for this role? Essential Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience. Significant experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a highly analytical finance role. Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex models from first principles.

Strong forecasting, planning and budgeting experience. Excellent analytical, logical thinking and problem solving capability. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insight. Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large and complex datasets. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence senior stakeholders. Personal Attributes Naturally curious and intellectually rigorous.
