Are you passionate about improving health and wellbeing in your community? DDM Health delivers council\-backed healthy weight and lifestyle programmes across the UK. We are looking for someone who can build trusted relationships with communities, bring people together and ensure their experiences influence how health programmes are designed and delivered. Your first priority will be a national project working with Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and Black Christian faith and community leaders.
