Co-Founder / CEO – Build the Next Big Tech Company Start from day one – with capital, customers, and a team behind you Company Description This isn’t your typical company – we launch one new tech venture every month. We develop the idea, validate customer demand, secure funding, and build the initial infrastructure – then we bring in a founder like you to step in as the CEO & co-founder from day one. You won’t be starting alone.

You’ll be building something new, bold, and scalable – but with a team of experienced operators, proven processes, and startup capital behind you. Our team has founded and scaled companies like Realforce (120+ M ARR) and Minna Technologies (770M exit to Mastercard). Now we’re doing it again – over and over – and we’re looking for founders to build with us. Our Model What we provide: A validated business idea and early customer interest Startup capital and a full operational support team (tech, finance, legal, growth) You as CEO & co-founder with equity from day one A proven framework that creates profitable companies fast Our Background & Track Record We’ve launched multiple ventures already, and several became profitable within 12 months.

We select one founder per month to build with – and fully commit our resources to that venture. This is not an accelerator, incubator, or passive investment – it’s co-building from scratch. Our Team & Culture We’re builders – not theorists. We value speed, ownership, and clarity. Our studio is structured for execution, and we only work with people who have the grit and vision to drive something forward – fast. You’ll work alongside operators in tech, design, GTM, legal and fundraising – and have the space to make the CEO role your own.

Requirement Profile – Who We're Looking For We only work with three founder personas. Do you recognize yourself in one of them? Founder Personas 1. The Growth Hacker Commercially driven and thrives in sales and GTM Built sales machines, funnels, teams or grown revenue 0–20M+ Ready to lead and build from scratch – with strong operational support 2. The Ex-Consultant Background at McKinsey, BCG, Bain or similar Wants to own a P&L, not just analyze it Gets things done even in messy, imperfect conditions Ready to lead a company, not just build decks 3.
