Co-Creation Studio Lead (Dublin)
About this role
Version 1’s Co-Creation Studio in Dublin is a dedicated, AI-infused space where clients come to work through real problems, define what good looks like, and leave with something they can act on. In hours, not weeks. This is not a meeting room. Before clients arrive, the team has already researched their sector and framed the challenge. In the session, AI avatars contribute tailored input in real time, the conversation is captured and built on as it happens, and groups finish with wireframes and working prototypes.
They do not sit through a presentation. They build something. Sessions run half-day or full-day. The Studio Lead is accountable for coordinating the work from first client call to post-session artefacts and hand-off. This is a hands-on delivery role. You will be the main facilitator and day-to-day client contact for the Studio, reporting to the Co-Creation Director. What You’ll Do Before sessions Hold client discovery calls to understand the challenge, the stakeholders, and what a successful session looks like.
Build a session knowledge base, including company context, desk research, stakeholder mapping, and problem framing. Design session materials, including facilitation guides, canvases, templates, and run-of-show. During sessions Facilitate co-creation and discovery sessions with client stakeholders, including Director and Head-of level. Apply Design Thinking methods to move groups from problem definition to prioritised opportunities.
Build demonstrators and prototypes live using Claude Code or similar tools, turning rough concepts into working artefacts during the session itself. Adapt pace, energy, and method in real time as the session evolves. After sessions Synthesise outputs into clear client-facing artefacts, including opportunity maps, insight summaries, decision registers, and action plans. Ensure continuity across multi-session engagements and clear hand-offs to delivery teams.
Essential criteria Experience in a facilitation, innovation, product, or service design role. Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, not only support or observe. Applied experience of Design Thinking methods, including double diamond, empathy mapping, ideation, and rapid prototyping. Ability to build demonstrators and prototypes live in a session using Claude Code or similar tools. This is important for success in the role because the Studio Lead needs to demonstrate ideas through working examples.
