Cluster People and Culture Manager

About this role

We’re looking for an experienced hotel HR professional to support our properties across Scotland. You may already work across several hotels, or you may be ready to move into a cluster role after building strong experience at a single site. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being present in hotels, supporting managers and helping teams thrive. You’ll need excellent organisation, sound judgement and the confidence to manage a varied employee relations caseload.
