Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience: Progressively responsible clerical, office or business work experience which demonstrates the ability to manage a business activity to include overseeing planning activities, managing a budget, the sale and inventory of equipment or supplies, and providing patron services. Must have experience in developing and working within budgetary guidelines. Must have work experience which demonstrates the ability to supervise and train subordinate staff.

Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing to internal and external customers as well as be able to brief senior leadership effectively and professionally. Experience in providing professional customer service experience. Employment is subject to satisfactory completion of a Tier 1 Background Check. Must be able to work on an uncommon tour of duty to include holidays, weekends and evenings. Must possess a valid state driver's license appropriate for the size and type of vehicle operated.

Incumbent is required to drive a government motor vehicle in the performance of his/her duties. Must be able to provide a copy of his/her driving record. "This is a drug testing designated position. The incumbent is subject to random testing for drug use." You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
