ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and infrastructure resources across multiple environments.

Monitor system health, availability, and performance and assist in troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues. Support cloud deployments, environment builds, and infrastructure integrations. Assist with Kubernetes-based platform administration and containerized environments. Participate in system maintenance activities, including patching, updates, and configuration management. Support infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives.

Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and operational support activities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and configuration records. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, Application Development, and Operations teams to support platform stability and environment readiness. Apply cloud engineering best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or related technical roles.

Experience supporting cloud-based and enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms. Knowledge of infrastructure architecture, networking, storage, and compute concepts. Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and cloud-related issues. Familiarity with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code concepts. Experience working within Agile teams and operational support environments.
