About the Role Clinical Operations is at the heart of what we do as a healthcare business. As our patient base expands across a growing range of conditions and treatments, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to support the safe and effective scaling of this function. In this role, you'll take charge of our UK prescriber workforce (100+ FTE and rapidly growing) — the clinicians at the core of delivering safe, effective, and world-class care to thousands of patients every day.
You'll ensure they are supported, empowered, and consistently performing at their best. Alongside managing workforce planning and rota design, you'll drive performance, uphold clinical standards, and embed the systems and oversight that enable scale. This is a pivotal role in building a prescriber function that is both resilient today and ready for the future of digital healthcare. You'll combine people leadership with operational execution, using data and technology to monitor performance, resolve challenges quickly, and identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
With new clinics and treatments launching in 2025 and beyond, you'll play a central role in ensuring our prescriber workforce is well-prepared and able to deliver at scale. What You'll Do Lead and Inspire Our Prescriber Workforce - Take ownership of the UK prescriber team, driving engagement, setting high standards, and ensuring every clinician is empowered to deliver outstanding patient care with the right tools and tech at their fingertips.
