Client Administrator
About this role
We're looking for a Client Administrator to join our Client Delivery team within our Leeds office. As a Client Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional client experience. Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support throughout the client journey.
You will be responsible for managing client records, coordinating business processing activities, supporting meetings and reviews, and helping to drive operational efficiency while building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive support to Financial Planners by working closely with aligned advisers to ensure the smooth management of client relationships, preparation for client meetings, and achievement of positive client outcomes.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and providing guidance on the use of client portals and digital tools to enhance engagement and service delivery. Manage client records and back-office administration by maintaining accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems Coordinate business processing and pipeline management including establishing new client accounts, gathering and reviewing AML documentation, obtaining policy information from third-party providers and proactively monitoring cases through to completion.
Support client meetings and operational activities through the preparation of meeting packs, valuations, reports and other relevant documentation, while liaising effectively with internal operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain a strong focus on risk, compliance, and continuous improvement by identifying, escalating, and documenting risks, breaches, or errors Skills, Experience & Qualifications We're looking for a proactive, client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. What You'll Bring A strong educational background, ideally degree educated, although equivalent experience will be equally valued. Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management with client support/ services A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding client experience, with a commitment to providing a professional and personalised service.
