📋 Description Plan & Spec Review: Thoroughly analyze civil site development, utility, and demolition Takeoffs & Cost Calculations: Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and calculate labor Opportunity Identification: Proactively monitor bid boards and market sources for relevant Proposal Preparation: Develop accurate, competitive, and timely bid packages and proposals from Solicit, compile, and analyze vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and Build and manage relationships with subcontractors and material suppliers.

🎯 Requirements Minimum 3–4+ years of hands-on civil estimating experience (specifically focused on Division 2 / Deep understanding of site prep, grading, concrete/foundation removal, utility installation Ability to read, interpret, and analyze civil and architectural drawings independently without Comfortable using digital tools. Experience with Google Drive is required; familiarity with Business-level English fluency (both written and verbal) with strong client- and vendor-facing Highly self-motivated with a track record of juggling multiple concurrent estimates and project
