This role is responsible for supporting contract negotiation and contract lifecycle activities by applying analysis, professional judgment, and problem-solving within established policies, templates, and approval frameworks to enable accurate and timely contract execution.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Support the review, negotiation, and processing of contracts and agreements using approved templates, clause libraries, and negotiation guidelines • Analyze contract terms to identify issues, deviations, risks, and required approvals in accordance with established procedures • Draft, revise, and manage contract language and redlines within defined negotiation parameters • Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information, clarify requirements, and support contract alignment within established guidelines • Coordinate contract workflows, approvals, execution steps, and document routing to support timely completion • Monitor contract milestones, timelines, and obligations and provide status updates using defined reporting processes • Support contract reviews and quality checks by following established standards and escalation paths • Maintain accurate and organized contract records, repositories, and tracking tools • Prepare summaries, reports, and materials related to contract activities for internal use • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
