📋 Description Own the technical architecture end to end, including AI technology strategy, AI architecture, and Deploy agentic engineering at scale for business processes such as matching, vetting, onboarding Make AI quality measurable through ownership of evals, regression suites, and review loops Rebuild platform development and operations, raising output per engineer via AI-assisted Decide team composition and own resourcing, workforce planning, headcount, role definition, and Lead the engineering team, setting standards, developing people, and ensuring accountability 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field required; advanced 15+ years of progressive engineering leadership, including significant time as a CTO or VP of Deep, current, hands-on command of modern AI engineering: foundation models, agentic architectures Experience deploying agentic systems at scale with measured outcomes on cost, cycle time, quality Rigor about evaluation of model, prompt, or agent changes with evidence Command of the economics of model routing, hosting, inference capacity, latency and cost budgets
