ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI-powered procurement technology company as Chief of Staff, working closely with the founders to turn strategic priorities into measurable progress. You will own key operating and go-to-market initiatives, build systems for growth, and help the team work effectively as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Drive the company's highest-priority initiatives and keep strategic decisions moving toward clear outcomes.

- Own go-to-market execution and sales operations by building repeatable systems, playbooks, and automation. - Develop operational foundations across reporting, tools, vendor management, and internal processes. - Identify useful AI tools, run experiments, and integrate AI into workflows across the company. - Lead cross-functional projects from initial analysis through delivery, including market research, positioning, pricing, and partnerships.

- Communicate important decisions and keep cross-functional initiatives on track. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance environment, such as consulting, venture capital, a high-growth startup, or founding a company. - Experience owning go-to-market execution or sales operations, including building systems, playbooks, and automation. - Daily practical experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of their capabilities.

- Fluency in both German and English. - Ability to work on-site in Berlin, either as a current resident or after relocating. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
